摘　　要：神经系统体格检查中高级脑功能的检查内容多且复杂,教学难度大,如何让学生系统的掌握检查内容,做到体查全面流畅、手法正确是神经病学教学中面临的重要问题。现基于多种量表和临床经验,制定高级脑功能检查的简明流程,结合多元化的教学方法,为神经病学的教学模式改革提供了新的思路。Advanced brain function examination is a complex part in the neurological examination and a difficult task in neurology teaching, how to make the students to systematically master the content and the skill of advanced brain function examination is an important issue in neurology teaching. Based on a variety of clinical scales and clinical experience, we developed a concise procedure of advanced brain function examination, which combines a wide range of variable teaching methods and provides a new idea for the reform of neurology teaching.
