摘 要:根据已有调研资料,运用耗散结构理论和系统生态学等的基本原理,分析云南不明原因猝死的基本生态格局。结果显示云南不明原因猝死的病源属性是生物源性;媒介的主要特点是生物气溶胶;病源的基本特性由产生毒素的真菌种类及其生态学特点决定。提出云南不明原因猝死的生态基本格局是特定区域产毒真菌主导,细菌与病毒协同参与,气溶胶为媒介的生物源性疾病。同时提出疾病预防控制的理论与方法都需要更新。Applying principles of dissipative structure and ecology to probe into the pattern of Yunnan unexplained sudden death (YUSD) based on exiting data. The results suggest that the pathogenic properties are biological source, the main features of the media are biological aerosols, the basic characteristics of the pathogen are determined by the ecological features and species of fungi producing fungaltoxin. With bacteria and virus involved in the pathogenesis, then through the major media of biological aerosols, the ecological basic pattern of YUSD is biological disease causing by the fungi producing fungaltoxin in special ecological region. By the way, it suggests that update of the theories and ways for the diseases prevention and control is needed.
