摘 要:阐述了青钢1 800m^3高炉布料方式的特点。为解决原燃料质量一般条件下炉况长期稳定顺行的问题,青钢1 800m^3高炉采用了中心加焦结合大角度、大角差布料方式,其核心要点是,适当压制边沿气流,确保中心气流。青钢高炉生产实践表明,采用中心加焦结合大角度、大角差布料方式,边沿相对较重,边沿煤气温度在80℃以下,但是由于中心加焦的作用,中心煤气流较旺盛,高炉顺行状态良好。This paper expounds the burden distribution features of Qingdao Steel's 1800 m^3 BF. To achieve long term stable and smooth operation of BF when the quality of the raw material and fuel is not ideal, the measure of central coke charging and burden distribution with large distribution angle and large angle difference is adopted, of which the essence lies on appro- priately suppressing the peripheral gas flow to ensure proper central gas flow. The production practice of Qingdao Steel's BF shows the burden distribution mode of central coke charging + burden distribution with large distribution angel and large angle difference makes the coke load at furnace peripheral relatively heavier and keeps the peripheral gas temperature below 80℃. The BF keeps smooth operation status thanks to large gas flow at the center resulted from central coke charging.
