摘　　要：为了探究外源性褪黑激素对非繁殖季节和田羊胚胎移植效果的影响,采取随机区组设计试验,选择30只和田羊成年母羊随机分为6组(供体羊和受体羊各3组),5只和田羊成年公羊单独为1组做为配种公羊,分别给予3组供体羊和3组受体羊褪黑激素埋植、孕激素海绵栓结合促性腺激素、褪黑激素埋植结合孕激素海绵栓和促性腺激素处理。结果表明:褪黑激素埋植结合孕激素海绵栓和促性腺激素处理显著提高了非繁殖季节和田羊母羊的排卵率(P>0.05),单纯埋植褪黑激素并未提高非繁殖季节和田羊母羊的排卵率。说明外源性的褪黑激素能够协同孕激素海绵栓和促性腺激素处理促进非繁殖季节和田羊母羊的排卵。To explore the effect of exogenous melatonin on embryo transfer of Hetian Sheep during the non- breeding seasons,taking a randomized block test, 30 ewes and 5 rams were selected from Hetian sheep, 5 rams separately as one breeding group,30 ewesdesigned averagely to six groups randomly, the estrus synchronization and superovulation of 3 group donors ewes and 3 grouprecipients ewes were administrated by melatonin implanted, progesterone sponge bolt combined with gonadotropins, melatonin implanted combined with progesterone sponge bolt and gonadotropins respectively. The results showed that the ovulation rate ofewes were increased significantly following melatonin implanted combined with progesterone sponge bolt and gonadotropins （P〉0.05） during the non-breeding seasons, the ovulation rate of ewes were not increasedonly following melatonin implanted during the non-breeding seasons. These results suggest that the ovulation of hetian sheep ewes were promoted by progesterone sponge suppository and gonadotropin treatment synergied exogenous melatonin during the non-breeding season.
