摘　　要：本研究采用竞争性ELISA方法,对采集自新疆哈密地区、昌吉州、乌鲁木齐市、吐鲁番地区、伊犁地区、巴州、和田地区和喀什地区等8地州的2 135份羊血清样本进行蓝舌病抗体检测。结果显示,除了新疆吐鲁番地区没有检出蓝舌病阳性样本外,其它地区都检出了阳性样本,且以巴州阳性率最高,达12.44%。全疆共检出阳性样本145份,平均阳性率6.79%,说明新疆的蓝舌病流行态势依然严峻。本次调查数据对了解新疆的蓝舌病流行现状及其防控策略的制定提供了科学依据。Present this study, 2135 sheep serum samples were collected from 8（prefectures） and the samples were detected by indirect ELISA. The results showed that the samples in the collecting location were all positive except Turpan, Xinjiang, the most serious area were Bazhou, and the average positive rate was12.44%.There were 145 positive samples detected in the 8（prefectures）, the average positive rate was 6.79%,which indicated that the epidemic situation of bluetongue in Xinjiang was still severe. The survey data provided scientific basis for understanding the epidemic situation and developing preventive strategies of bluetongue in Xinjiang.
