摘  要:采用硫酸钠为原料,与氯化钾复分解反应制取硫酸钾;为了提高硫酸钾得率,反应过程中加入盐析剂,利用盐析作用,使硫酸钾更多的结晶析出。选用4种盐析剂实验,用甲醇作盐析剂的效果好,当盐析剂与反应物摩尔比n(甲醇)∶n(2KCl)=(0.9~1.0)∶1.0,反应温度25℃,反应时间1 h时,K^+转化率达82.8%,比不加盐析剂时K^+转化率59.5%,提高了23.3%。经XRD表征和产品质量分析,所制样品硫酸钾符合国家标准一等品要求。Sodium sulfate was used as raw materials to produce potassium sulfate by metathesis reaction with potassium chlorine. In order to improve the yield of potassium sulfate,the salting-out agent was added in the reaction process to get more potassium sulfate precipitation as the result of salting-out effect. 4 kinds of salting-out agent were selected and methanol was better in use. What's more,when the molar ratio of the amount of the salting-out agent to the reactant was n(methanol) ∶n(2KCl) =(0. 9-1. 0) ∶1. 0,reaction temperature was 25 ℃,reaction time was 1h,the reaction gets the best result with the conversion rate of K~+ reaching to 82. 8%,23. 3% higher than the reaction without salting-out agent which was 59. 5%. According to the XRD characterization and production quality analysis,it is concluded that the potassium sulfate samples meet the requirements of the national first-class standard.
