摘 要:介绍了以STM32为微控制器的荧光侧流免疫层析试条定量检测仪的设计,可实现对C-反应蛋白进行定量检测。检测仪由光学模块、光电传感器、荧光信号采集及调理电路、液晶显示及机械扫描装置等组成。通过对比试验表明:检测仪对C-反应蛋白标准溶液检测下限为1.95μg·m L^(-1),在1.95~256μg·m L^(-1)质量浓度范围内有良好的线性特性,检测仪的线性度和稳定性较好,可应用在生物医学、临床、环境检测等多个领域的快速检测。This paper introduced the design of quantitative detector for fluorescence lateral flow immunochromatographic strip with STM32 as a micro controller,which can realize the quantitative detection on C-reactive protein. The system was composed of a set of modules,including optical module,photoelectric sensor,and fluorescent signal acquisition,conditioning circuit,LCD display and mechanical scanning devices. The experimental test showed that the lower limit of detection(LOD) was 1. 95 μg·m L-1,and the linear range was 1. 95-256 μg·m L-1 for C-reactive protein(CRP) in the system. It has robust linearity and stability and can be utilized widely in different fields,such as biomedical detection,clinical application and environment determination.
