山东省荣成地区中老年人高血压知晓率、治疗率及控制率现况调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解山东省荣成地区中老年人高血压患病率、知晓率、治疗率及控制率现况,并探讨相关影响因素。方法 2016年4月至2016年5月,采用多阶段分层随机抽样的方法抽取山东省荣成地区≥50岁的2125名居民进行问卷调查和血压测量,并结合当地公共卫生服务水平等对数据进行统计学分析。结果 2125名中老年调查对象中,患有高血压1309例,总体患病率为61.6%;其中新检出患有高血压者516人,高血压检出率为24.3%。高血压的知晓率、治疗率、控制率分别为60.6%、40.7%、12.9%。不同性别和不同年龄段的中老年人在高血压知晓率、治疗率、控制率方面比较均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论山东省荣成地区中老年人高血压知晓率高于全国水平,但控制率低于全国水平,还需采取有力措施提高该地区居民高血压治疗率和控制率。Objective To explore the current status of the prevalence, awareness, medical treatment, and control rates of hypertension among the elderly residents from rural areas in Rongcheng area. Method Cross-sectional study was conducted among 2125 adults （ ≥ 50 years） randomly selected from 10 spots of Rongcheng by cluster sampling method and a questionnaire survey was carried out of hypertension. Datas were statistically analyzed. Result 1309 out of 2125 adults suffered from hypertension with the prevalence of 61.6% and 516 （24.3%） were newly diagnosed. The awareness, treatment and control rates of hypertension were 60.6%, 40.7% and 12.9%, respectively, and varied significantly among the elderly with different age and gender （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The awareness, treatment and control rate of hypertension among the elderly from rural areas in Rongcheng have increased, but still relatively low especially the treatment and control rates. The intervention should be used to improve the awareness, treatment and control rates of hypertension in Rongcheng area.
