低碳技术与产业发展集成的问题与动力因素分析

摘　　要：从循环经济发展角度研究了低碳技术及产业发展集成的必要性,对影响低碳技术和产业发展集成动力机制因子进行了必要归类,对其动力机制及其动力因子做进一步详细阐述与论证,进而针对低碳技术和产业发展集成的动力机制构建分析模型。研究发现:环境与资源压力、公众意识需求、政府支持与推动、企业长期发展推动及高管对低碳技术的重视是促进低碳技术与产业发展集成的重要影响因素。From the perspective of development of cyclic economy, this paper studies the necessities of low-carbon technolo- gy and integration of industry development, and classifies factors that may influence low-carbon technology and dynamic mechanism of integration of industry development, simultaneously, elaborates and argues dynamic mechanism and its dy- namic factors, builds dynamic mechanism system models whose being used for low-carbon technology and integration of in- dustry development. Results show that, to promote low-carbon technology and integration of industry development, the pres- sure of environment and resources, the need of public awareness, government＇s support and promotion, enterprises＇ long- term development and executives＇ attention are important contributing factors.
