摘　　要：目的:观察溃疡性结肠炎患者的护理效果,总结护理体会。方法:选取我院2014年7月~2015年11月收治并已确诊的溃疡性结肠炎患者40例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结出护理的有效策略和体会。结果:40例患者中,完全缓解5例,显效10例,有效21例,缓解后出现复发2例,另外2例持续活动,总有效率为90.0%。结论:在溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床护理中,对患者实施用药护理、心理护理及康复指导等方面的护理,外加饮食及精神方面的调节,能够较好地控制疾病,尽可能防止并发症和重症溃疡性结肠炎的发生。Objective： To observe the nursing effect of patients with ulcerative colitis and summarize nursing experience. Methods： Retrospective analyzed 40 cases of ulcerative colitis patients＇ clinical records that received from Jul 2014 to Nov 2015, and summarized the effective nursing strategies and experience. Results： In the 40 cases of patients, 5 cases were completely relieved, 10 cases had markedly effect, 21 cases effective, 2 cases had recurred and other 2 cases were continuously active, the overall response rate was 90.0%. Conclusion： In the nursing of ulcerative colitis, nursing on medication, mental and rehabilitative guidance, meanwhile on the diet and mental adjustment, can effectively control the disease, as far as possible to prevent the occurrence of complications and severe ulcerative colitis.
