肩部滑膜结核伴蚕豆体形成一例报告

摘　　要：在临床中,关节结核以髋、膝关节最为多见,发病初期通常症状表现为滑膜结核,但病情进展较慢,主要表现为炎性渗出,但发生于肩关节罕见,我科收治1例左肩关节滑膜结核伴蚕豆体病变患者,现报告如下。临床资料患者,男,72岁,因＂发现左肩肿块6个月＂于2015年8月11日入院。患者2年前诊断为肺部结核。入院体检：左肩可见自三角肌、冈下肌环绕肩关节圆形包块,大小约12 cm×5 cm×6 cm,质软。We described a rare case of a patient with unilateral musculoskeletal manifestation of tuberculosis presenting as bursitis of the left shoulder with broad bean bodies, with coexisting active tuberculosis or tuberculosis in the previous history. The 72-year-old patient was examined, who complained of swelling in the left shoulder for 6 months. B-scan images showed a large number of broad bean bodies in the left shoulder with intact rotator cuff. The histological examination showed a tuberculosis-specific inflammatory response with eosinophilic granuloma and fibrinoid necrosis. Surgical excision was done and the loose bodies were removed. Also, a brief summary of the literature was given.
