摘 要:社区获得性肺炎(community-acquired pneumonia,CAP)是威胁人类健康的常见感染性疾病,有着很高的发病率及病死率.在CAP的诊治中明确病原体至关重要,病原体培养为最常见的传统检测方法,但培养周期长、阳性率低等诸多缺点,分子诊断可以弥补上述不足,且不受先前使用抗菌药物的影响.分子诊断的方法主要有核酸扩增技术、生物芯片技术、DNA测序技术、蛋白质质谱技术.在检测CAP常见病原体检测中发挥重要的作用.Community acquired-pneumonia(CAP) is a common infectious disease that threatens human health.It has a high incidence and mortality rate.Clear the pathogen is crucial in the diagnosis and treatment of CAP in traditional detection methods of bacterial culture of the most common,but the long training period,the positive rate is low and a lot of shortcomings,molecular diagnosis can make up for these shortcomings,and from the previous use of antimicrobial effect.Methods of molecular diagnosis mainly include nucleic acid amplification technology,biological chip technology,DNA sequencing technology,protein mass spectrometry technology.The molecular diagnosis of community-acquired pneumonia plays an important role in the detection of common pathogens in CAP.
