摘 要:为了优化绿萝花水溶性多糖的提取工艺,试验以不同料液比、提取温度、提取时间为自变量,以绿萝花水溶性多糖提取率为响应值,在单因素试验基础上,运用中心组合设计(Box-Behnken)三因素三水平的响应面分析方法,研究各自变量及交互项对绿萝花水溶性多糖提取率的影响。结果表明:绿萝花多糖最佳提取条件为料液比1∶20、温度50℃、时间4 h,在此优化条件下绿萝花多糖最佳提取率为8.82%。To optimize the extraction technology of water - soluble polysaccharides from Scindapsus auretts ( Linden ex Andre), different solid - liquid ratios, extraction temperature, extraction time were used as the independent variables, and the extract rate of water - soluble polysaccha- ride from Scindapsus aureus ( Linden ex Andre) as response value. A method of three - factor and three - level response surface analysis with central composite design ( Box - Behnken) was used to study the effects of various variables and their interaction on the extract rate of water - soluble polysaccharide from Scindapsus aureus ( Linden ex Andre) based on the single factor experiment. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions of polysaccharide from Scinclapsus aureus ( Linden ex Andre) were as follows : solid - liquid ratio of 1:20, extraction tem- perature of 50 ℃, extraction time of 4 h. The optimal extraction rate of polysaccharide from Scindapsus aureus (Linden ex Andre) was 8.82% under the optimized conditions.
