摘  要:为了研究饲粮中不同水平锌、锰对吉戎Ⅱ系獭兔生长性能及血清生化指标的影响,试验采用3×3完全随机试验设计,选取60日龄左右、体重相近的健康仔兔90只,随机分为10组,分别在饲粮中添加不同水平的锌(30,60,90 mg/kg)和锰(5,10,15 mg/kg),另设基础饲粮对照组。结果表明:饲粮中锰水平对试验期1~30 d獭兔平均日增重影响显著(P<0.05),饲粮中锌水平对试验期31~70 d獭兔平均日增重影响显著(P<0.05)。饲粮中锌、锰水平对獭兔终体重及料重比影响不显著(P>0.05),但料重比呈现极显著的互作效应(P<0.01)。饲粮中锰水平对谷丙转氨酶活性影响显著(P<0.05),锌、锰水平对血清代谢酶活性和蛋白质代谢产物含量影响不显著(P>0.05),且锌、锰间的互作效应不显著(P>0.05),但大多数试验组獭兔血清中总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白含量均高于对照组。饲粮中锌水平极显著提高獭兔血清铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(Cu Zn-SOD)活性(P<0.01)、极显著降低锰超氧化物歧化酶(Mn-SOD)活性(P<0.01);饲粮中锰水平对獭兔血清Mn-SOD活性影响显著(P<0.05),且锌、锰间的互作效应不显著(P>0.05);饲粮中锰水平对獭兔血清Cu Zn-SOD活性影响不显著(P>0.05),但锌、锰间的互作效应显著(P<0.05)。To study the effects of different levels of dietary zinc and manganese on the growth performance and blood serum biochemical parameters of Jireng Rex rabbits, a 3 × 3 complete random design was used in the test. Ninety healthy young Jirong Rex rabbits with similar body weight at 60 days of age or so were randomly divided into 10 groups. Different levels of zinc (30, 60, and 90 mg/kg) and manganese (5, 10 and 15 mg/kg) were added in the diet, respectively; another control group was set and fed the basal diet. The results showed that the dietary manganese level had a significant effect ( P 〈 0.05 ) on the average daily gain of Rex rabbits during the trial period of 1 to 30 days, and the dietary zinc level had a significant effects ( P 〈 0.05 ) on the average daily gain of Rex rabbits during the trial period of 31 to 70 d. The dietary zinc and manganese levels had no significant effects ( P 〉 0.05 ) on the final body weight and feed - gain ratio of Rex rabbits, but showing a highly significant interaction (P 〈 0.01 ) on the feed -gain ratio. The dietary manganese level had a significant effect (P 〈 0.05 ) on the alanine transaminase, and other zinc and manganese levels had no significant effects ( P 〉 0.05 ) on the activity of serum metabolic enzymes and the content of the products of protein metabolism, while there were no significant interactions (P 〉0.05 ) between dietary zinc and manganese levels. However, the contents of total protein, albumin and globulin in sera of Rex rabbits from most of experimental groups were higher than those in the control group. The dietary zinc level could highly significantly increase( P 〈 0.01 ) the activity of serum copper - zinc superoxide dismutase ( CuZn - SOD) and highly significantly decrease( P 〈 0.01 ) the activity of serum manganese superoxide dismutase ( Mn - SOD) in Rex rabbits.
