乙型肝炎患者外周血骨桥蛋白/IL-17表达的相关研究

摘　　要：目的探讨骨桥蛋白及IL-17在乙型肝炎(HBV)感染的乙型病毒性肝炎亚急性肝功能衰竭期患者外周血的表达水平及临床意义,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法选取2014年6月-2016年8月医院住院部就诊的HBV感染的乙型病毒性肝炎亚急性肝功能衰竭期患者30例为观察组(乙肝组),选取体检中心健康者30名为对照组,抽取外周血进行检测骨桥蛋白及IL-17表达,使用pearson相关性分析。结果乙肝组患者外周血骨桥蛋白、IL-17、总胆红素、AST、ALT、PT表达较对照组明显升高,白蛋白表达明显下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);总胆红素、PT与骨桥蛋白/IL-17表达呈正相关,白蛋白与骨桥蛋白/IL-17表达呈负相关,骨桥蛋白与IL-17表达呈正相关,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨桥蛋白/IL-17与HBV感染的乙型病毒性肝炎亚急性肝功能衰竭期病情严重相关,在检测病情及预后方面发挥一定作用。OBJECTIVE To explore the expressions and the clinical significance of osteopontin and interleukin-17 in peripheral blood of patients with HBV-infected subacute hepatic failure, so as to provide references for clinical treatment. METHODS A total of 30 patients of with HBV-infected subacute hepatic failure from Jun. 2014 to Aug. 2016 were recruited as observation group （hepatitis B group） from the inpatient department of the hospital and 30 healthy subjects were selected as control group. The expressions of osteopontin and IL-17 were detected by using peripheral blood. Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the expressions of osteopontin and IL-17. RESULTS The expressions of osteopontin, IL-17, total bilirubin, AST, ALT and PT in peripheral blood of pa- tients with hepatitis B were significantly higher than those of control group, the expression of albumin was signifi- cantly decreased （P〈0.05）. There were a significant positive correlation between bilirubin and PT and osteopon- tin/IL-17 expression, a negative correlation between the expression of albumin and osteopontin/IL-17, and a sig- nificant positive correlation between osteopontin and IL-17 expression （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION Osteopontin/IL- 17 is closely related to the severity of HBV-infected subacute hepatic failure, which may play a role in the detection of disease and the prognosis.
