摘　　要：目的探讨抗心肌肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(cTnⅠ)对病毒性心肌炎预后的预测价值,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法选择2014-2015年医院病毒性心肌炎患者100例作为病毒性心肌炎组,100例体检中心健康者作为对照组,采用ELISA法测定血清抗cTnⅠ。结果病毒性心肌炎组血清抗cTnⅠOD值(0.684±0.031)明显高于对照组(0.329±0.023)(P<0.05);病毒性心肌炎组患者血清抗cTnⅠ的阳性率高于对照组(P<0.05);ST-T段改变、频发早博、重叠异常和房室传导阻滞(AVB)患者血清抗cTnⅠOD值均高于心电图正常和窦性心动过速患者(P<0.05);窦性心动过速患者血清抗cTnⅠOD值高于心电图正常患者(P<0.05)。结论病毒性心肌炎患者抗cTnⅠ表达量增加,抗cTnⅠ对病毒性心肌炎患者的心肌损伤程度和病情严重程度有关,在病毒性心肌炎预后的预测中有一定价值。OBJECTIVE To investigate the prognostic value of anti-cardiac troponin Ⅰ （cTn Ⅰ） on the prognosis of viral myocarditis, so as to provide references for clinical treatment. METHODS Total of 100 cases of viral myocar- ditis patients from 2014 to 2015 were selected as viral myocarditis group and 100 cases of healthy were selected as control group. The serum anti--cTnl was detected by ELISA. RESULTS The serum anti-cTnI OD value in viral myocarditis group （0. 329±0. 023） was significantly higher than that in control group （0. 684±0. 031） （P〈0. 05）. The positive rate of anti-cTnI in viral myocarditis group was higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）. The serum anti-cTnI OD values of patients with ST-T segment change, frequent premature beats, overlapping ab- normality and atrioventricular block（AVB） were higher than those of patients with normal ECG and sinus tachy- cardia （P〈0.05）. The anti-cTnI OD of patients with sinus tachycardia was higher than that of normal ECG （P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSION The expression of anti-cTnI in patients with viral myocarditis is increased, and the anti-- cTnI is related to the degree of myocardial injury and the severity of viral myocarditis, it has a certain value in the prognosis of viral myocarditis.
