老年重症肺炎合并多器官功能衰竭的临床分析

摘　　要：目的对老年重症肺炎合并多器官功能衰竭患者进行临床分析,为治疗提供参考依据。方法以2014年1月-2015年5月于医院收治的86例老年重症肺炎合并多器官功能衰竭患者为研究对象,并对其相关指标进行化验,对急性生理与慢性健康情况和肺部感染情况进行评分,联系转归情况进行具体分析。结果多器官功能衰竭发生的顺序为肺、心、消化道、肾脏、肝脏,且病死率和衰竭器官数目成正相关性;痊愈和死亡患者在平均体重指数、平均血细胞比容、平均白蛋白含量等方面差异无统计学意义。结论老年重症肺炎合并多器官功能衰竭患者的病死率和衰竭器官数目成正相关性;并且在临床治疗的过程中可以使用急性生理与慢性健康评分和临床感染评分进行预后分析。OBJECTIVE To analyze the clinical characteristics of severe pneumonia complicated with multiple organ failure in elderly patients, so as to provide references for treatment. METHODS From Jan. 2014 to May 2015, 86 cases of elderly patients with severe pneumonia complicated with multiple organ failure patients were chosen as the research objects, and related indexes of correlation test were analyzed. The acute physiology and chronic health conditions and prognosis of pulmonary infection were scored, and were analyzed combined with outcomes. RESULTS The order of multiple organ failure was lung, heart, digestive tract, kidney and liver, and the number of organ failure and mortality rate were positively correlated. The cured patients and death patients had no differ- ence in average body mass index, average hematocrit, and average albumin content. CONCLUSION The number of elderly severe pneumonia mortality and organ failure in patients with multiple organ failure has a positive correla- tion, and the scores of acute physiology and chronic health evaluation and prognosis analysis can be used for prog- nostic analysis in clinical treatment.
