摘 要:目的通过对广东省90家不同等级医院关于过氧化氢等离子灭菌的使用及管理现状的调查,分析存在问题,并探讨提高过氧化氢等离子灭菌质量的对策。方法在全省范围内采用问卷调查的形式,收集医院的临床资料、灭菌器类型、操作质量、培训与管理质量、维护及职业防护5个维度相关的资料和数据,并进行统计分析;针对不同品牌和型号的设备进行现场抽样调查,进一步调查实际现状。结果过氧化氢等离子灭菌器大部分仍然由手术室管理,占56.67%;设备使用的操作流程主要是由厂家提供,占65.56%;部分医院未建立相关的操作应急指引,占40.00%;尚有部分医院未建立设备维护制度,占18.89%;灭菌过程未观察物理参数者,占10.00%。结论需要进一步建立健全过氧化氢等离子灭菌的相关管理制度;需要根据不同品牌、不同型号优化操作流程;强化灭菌过程的质量控制,尤其是物理监测的观察方法。OBJECTIVE To investigate the current status of application and management of hydrogen peroxide plas- ma sterilization in 90 hospitals of Guangdong province, analyze the existing problems, and put forward the coun- termeasures to improve the quality of hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilization. METHODS By means of questionnaire survey in the province wide, the information and data, involving 5 dimensions: clinical data, type of sterilizer, quality of operation, and quality of training and management as well as maintenance and occupational protection, were collected and statistically analyzed, the onsite sampling survey was conducted according to the brand and model of the equipment, and the actual current status was further investigated. RESULTS Of all the hydrogen per- oxide plasma sterilizers, 56.6% were supervised by operating rooms; 65.56% of the operation procedures for e- quipments were offered by manufactures; 40% of the hospitals did not establish related operational emergency guidelines, 18.89% of the hospitals did not establish maintenance systems of equipments; 10% did not observe physical parameters. CONCLUSION It is necessary to further establish and complete the related management sys- tems for hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilization, optimize the operation procedures according to the brand and model, and intensify the quality control during the sterilization process, especially the observation of physical parameters.
