摘  要:目的探讨二维与三维超声相结合诊断胎儿体表结构畸形的临床价值。方法对具有胎儿体表畸形的275例病历的二维及三维超声图像进行回顾性分析,并与产后结果进行对照。结果二维及三维超声相结合诊断胎儿体表畸形271例,漏诊4例,超声诊断灵敏度为98.56%。二维与三维超声联合诊断胎儿体表畸形切实可行。结论二维与三维超声相结合能更直观立体的呈现胎儿体表结构情况,从而提高胎儿体表结构畸形的产前诊断检出率。Objective To explore the value of 2-d and 3-d ultrasound combined in diagnosis of fetal surface deformity. Methods Analysis of 275 cases with surface malformations in 2-d and 3-d ultrasound images, and com- pared with the results after postpartum. Results A total of 275 cases of fetuses with surface malformations were confined. 271cases were diagnosed by 2-d and 3-d ultrasound combined scanning while d cases was misdiag- nosed. 2-d and 3-d combined ultrasound had great value in diagnosis of fetal surface deformity. Conclusions 2-d and 3-d combined ultrasound can provide an intuitive fetal surface structure, abundant diagnostic information, and improve the diagnostic confidence. 3-d scan is complementarily of the 2-d scan and the two in combination can increase the detection rate of the surface malformations.
