摘  要:为了明确低碳钢腐蚀气泡破裂声源机理,应用Knopoff点应力脉冲理论计算得到析氢腐蚀气泡破裂声源信号幅度,利用Fluent软件对气泡远离底板破裂和近底板破裂模型求解,得到两种情况壁面所受压力变化曲线和位移变化量,结果表明,低碳钢析氢腐蚀阴极气泡破裂可以形成一定强度的声发射源。同时开展低碳钢腐蚀声发射源机制试验研究,通过极化曲线的测试进行阴极气泡破裂过程专项研究,得到气泡破裂声发射源特性,确定了气泡破裂声发射源机制。In order to define the bubble burst acoustic emission (AE) mechanism of mild steel corrosion, bubbles burst AE signal amplitude of hydrogen evolution corrosion was got with Knopoff theory, bubble burst away from bottom and near bottom was solved using Fluent, pressure change curve and displacement variation of the two condition was obtained, the results show that bubble burst of mild steel corrosion can be formed of some certain intensity AE source. At the same time, AE source mechanism experiment of mild steel corrosion was carry out, cathode bubbles burst process was studied through the test of polariza- tion curve, AE source characteristics of bubble burst was got, AE source mechanism of bubble burst was verified.
