微针刀浅筋膜层松解术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨应用微针刀浅筋膜层松解术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法收集2015年9月~2016年9月入院的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为两组,对照组患者予常规针灸治疗,实验组患者采取微针刀浅筋膜层松解术治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的疼痛程度改变情况、总体治疗效果、复发率、腰部功能改变与安全分级。结果实验组治疗后的VAS评分(1.96±0.43)与ODI评分(14.05±2.78)显著低于对照组(3.10±1.09,18.53±3.14),实验组治疗后的JOA评分(25.20±4.85)显著高于对照组(21.34±4.57),差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);实验组的总有效率(100%)明显高于对照组(85%),复发率(12.5%)明显低于对照组(30.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后安全分级比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论微针刀浅筋膜层松解术治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效显著,安全性较高,具有临床意义。Objective To explore the clinical effect of micro-needle knife superficial fascia release in treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods 80 patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia admitted from September 2015 to September 2016 were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the control group were treated with routine acupuncture and moxibustion. The patients in the experimental group were treated with micro-needle knife superficial fascia release, the degree of pain changes, the overall treatment effect, recurrence rate, waist function changes and safe- ty classification were compared between two groups of patients before and after treatment. Results The VAS score （1.96_＋0.43） and the ODI score （14.05_＋2.78） in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the con- trol group （3.10_＋1.09,18.53_＋3.14）,the JOA score in the experimental group （25.20_＋4.85） were significantly higher than those in the control group （21.34_＋4.57）, there was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.01）;The total effective rate （100%） in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group （85%）, and the recurrence rate （12.5%） in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group （30.0%）, there was significant difference（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in safety grading between two groups after treatment （P〉0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with micro-needle-knife super- ficial fascia lysis is effective and safe, and it can be used for clinical.
