输注滤白机采血小板治疗血液病与泌尿系统肿瘤化疗后血小板减低的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察血液病与泌尿外科肿瘤患者化疗后血小板减低均采用滤白机采血小板输注方法治疗的临床效果。方法选择2014年11月~2016年11月我院血液科收治的恶性血液病经化疗治疗后的患者28例为血液科组,患泌尿外科肿瘤经化疗治疗后收治的28例患者为泌尿外组,均采用滤白机采输注血小板的方法对患者化疗后出现血小板减低进行治疗。治疗结束后,对比两组的血小板活化率及输注效果。结果疗程结束后血液科组有效率为92.86%,泌尿外组为71.43%,两组相比差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=4.3826,P<0.05)。血液科组血小板活化率明显高于泌尿外组,两组相比差异具有统计学意义(t=6.9583,P<0.05)。结论血液科收治的恶性血液病经化疗治疗后与患泌尿外科肿瘤经化疗治疗比较,使用输注滤白机采血小板治疗的方式治疗,可提高有效率、明显升高输注后体内血小板活化率,临床效果明显,有在临床上普及、推广、使用价值。Objective To observe the clinical effect of leukocytes reduced apheresis platelets transfusions in the treat- ment of platelet reduction after chemotherapy in patients with hematologic disease and urinary system tumors. Methods 28 cases of malignant hematologic disease treated by chemotherapy in the Department of Hematology from November 2014 to November 2016 were referred as hematology department group and 28 patients with urological tumors after treatment of chemotherapy were called urology group. The two groups were used leukocyte filter to transfuse platelets for the treatment of platelet reduction after chemotherapy in patients. After treatment, the platelet activation rate and transfusion effect between the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The effective rate was 92.86% in the hematology group and 71.43% in the urology group after treatment. The difference between the two groups was statisti- cally significant （χ2=4.3826, P〈0.05）. The platelet activation rate of hematology group was significantly higher than that of urinary group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （t=6.9583, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The efficiency is improved and the platelet activation rate after transfusions in vivo is increased significantly in using lcukocytes reduced apheresis platelets transfusions for the treatment of the patients with hematological malignancies after chemotherapy in Department of Hematology with significant clinical effect,compared with those of patients with uro- logical cancer after chemotherapy treatment. And there are values of clinical popularization, promotion and use.
