胃痛散贴的皮肤过敏性和刺激性试验

摘　　要：目的:考察胃痛散贴的皮肤过敏性和刺激性。方法:采用Buehler试验,观察FMMU豚鼠皮肤接触胃痛散贴后的皮肤情况;采用胃痛散贴单次给药和多次给药对家兔皮肤进行刺激性试验,观察其产生的皮肤刺激性情况。结果:胃痛散贴3次致敏后1h、24h及激发后24h、48h,给药部位皮肤均未出现红斑、水肿情况及其他异常反应,过敏反应发生率均为0%,未见皮肤过敏反应;胃痛散贴对家兔单次给药和多次给药,对家兔完整皮肤和破损皮肤刺激积分的分值均为0分,未见皮肤刺激性。结论:胃痛散贴经皮给药对皮肤无致敏性和刺激性。Objective. To investigate the skin irritation and sensitization of Weitongsan-patch. Methods. The skin sensitization of Weitongsan-patchused in FMMU guinea pigs was detected by Buehler test. The skin irritation of Weitongsan-patch single- and repeated-administration was observed in rabbits. Results： After 1 h,24 h sensitization and 24 h, 48 h irritation by Weitongsan-patch, there were no abnormal reactions such as erythema and edema on the skin. The incidence of anaphylaxis was 0%. Neither single-administration nor repeated-administration with Weitongsan-patch could lead to skin irritation in rabbits. Conclusion： Weitongsan-patch has no skin irritation and sensitization to the skin.
