带状疱疹患者血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶水平的检测及意义

摘　　要：目的比较带状疱疹患者治疗前后血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平的变化,分析其临床意义。方法分别对100例带状疱疹患者(观察组)治疗前后和100例健康体检者(对照组)的血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平进行测定,并进行统计学分析。结果观察组治疗前NSE水平明显高于对照组[(190.13±6.21)vs(70.95±4.27)pg/mL,P<0.01]。观察组治疗前血清NSE水平明显高于治疗后[(190.13±6.21)vs(121.12±5.31)pg/mL],差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组中NSE水平在不同皮损部位、范围及疼痛程度间存在差异(P<0.05);而在不同性别、年龄间差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论带状疱疹患者急性期NSE水平升高且与皮损范围、发病部位、疼痛程度相关,与性别、年龄无关。Objective To compare the changes of serum neuron-specific enolase（NSE） levels in patients with herpes zoster before and after treatment, and to analyze its clinical significance. Methods The levels of serum neuron-specific enolase（NSE） in 100 patients with herpes zoster （observation group） before and after treatment and 100 healthy subjects （control group） were measured and analyzed statistically. Results The level of NSE in the observation group was （190.13±6.21）pg/mL, significantly higher than（70.95±4.27） pg/mL in the control group, P〈0.01. The level of serum NSE in the observation group before treatment was significantly higher than that after treatment（190.13±6.21） vs （121.12±5.31） pg/mL）, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. There was significant difference in the level of NSE between the different lesion parts, range and the extent of pain in the observation group（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the level of NSE among the different sex and ages（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The level of NSE is in- creased in the acute stage of herpes zoster, and related to the extent of the lesion, the location of the lesion and the de- gree of pain, regardless of gender and age.
