强阿片类药物治疗癌痛引发便秘的中医证候分布规律的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨强阿片类药物治疗癌痛引发便秘的主要中医证候的特点及分布规律。方法应用前瞻性、横断面调查方法,收集106例强阿片类药物治疗癌痛引发便秘患者四诊信息,运用数理统计方法,结合中医基础理论和临床经验进行分析。结果 106例强阿片类药物治疗癌痛引发便秘的中医证候可分为3类,分别是虚证,包括气虚、阴虚及实证气滞证。其中气虚证患者44例,占41.50%;阴虚证患者36例,占33.96%;气滞证患者26例,占24.52%。结论强阿片类药物治疗癌痛引发便秘的证候分布具有一定规律和特征,研究结果可为强阿片类药物治疗癌痛引发便秘的辨证论治提供客观的辨证依据。Objective To investigate the characteristics and distribution regularity of the main TCM syndromes of con- stipation caused by strong opioids in the treatment of cancer pain. Methods Four diagnostic informations of 106 patients with constipation caused by strong opioids in the treatment of cancer pain were collected by application of a prospec- tive, cross-sectional survey method, and were analyzed by using mathematical statistics, combined with traditional Chinese medicine theory and clinical experience analysis. Results The traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of con- stipation caused by strong opioids for cancer pain in 106 patients could be divided into three categories, namely, defi- ciency, including Qi deficiency, Yin deficiency and empirical Qi stagnation. There were 44 cases of patients with Qi deficiency syndrome,accounting for 41.50%. There were 36 cases of Yin deficiency syndrome patients, accounting for 33.96%. And there were 26 cases of Qi stagnation, accounting for 24.52%. Conclusion There are certain regularity and characteristics in the distribution of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of constipation caused by strong opioids for cancer pain.The results of the study can provide an objective dialectical basis for the treatment of constipation caused by strong opioids for cancer pain.
