摘 要:目的探讨应用左旋肉碱对早产儿生长发育的影响。方法选取我科收治的早产儿127例,随机分为两组,实验组66例,对照组61例。实验组补充左旋肉碱100 mg/(kg·d),对照组不予补充。观察两组早产儿的进食奶量增长情况及体重增长情况。结果实验组体重增长高于对照组,两组体重增长差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补充外源性肉碱后可有效提高体内肉碱水平,有利于早产儿的进食及内环境的稳定。Objective To investigate the effect of L-carnitine on the growth and development of premature infants. Methods 127 preterm infants from the department of neonatology in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 66 infants in the study group, and 61 infants in the control group. The study grouP was supple- mented with L-carnitine 100 mg/(kg ·d), and the control group was not supplemented. The increase of the volume of milk eaten by the infants and weight gain were observed in the two groups of children. Results The weight gain in the study group was higher than that in the control group. The difference of weight gain between the two groups was statis- tically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The supplementation of exogenous carnitine can effectively improve the level of carnitine in the body, which is beneficial to the feeding of the premature infants and the stability of the internal envi- ronment.
