摘　　要：阴离子淀粉具有高乳度、可溶性、较好的流动性和抱水性、无毒、易得、制备成本低、容易生物降解且不污染环境等特性,因此广泛应用于工业造纸、食品、医药领域。文章主要论述了阴离子淀粉的性质、应用及其市场前景。Anionic starch has high fluidity, good solubility, viscosity and water holding, non-toxic,easy preparation, low cost,easy biodegradation and does not pollute the environment and other characteristics,so it is widely used inpapermaking industry food medical field.This paper mainly discusses the nature of the anion starch,application andmarket prospect.
