摘　　要：肩周炎是指以肩部酸重疼痛,肩关节活动不利为主要表现的病证。多于50岁左右发病。文章通过文献检索方法对针刺治疗肩周炎文献进行汇总,分别从火针、水针、电针、针刀、腹针等方面予以归纳整理,介绍多种针刺方法治疗肩周炎的临床效果,同时提出了目前临床研究中存在的问题。Refers to the disease to periarthritis of shoulder pain and shoulder joint dysfimction as the main manifestation ,many people will be sick in 50 years old.Using document retrieval,to summarize literature of acupuncture treatment of periaffS_fitis of shoulder.This article carried on the summary of the some common methods of acupuncture in treating periarthritis of shoulder,such as fire needle,hydro-acupuncture,electroacupuncture,acupotomy, abdominal acupuncture etc.And introduce the clinical effect of various methods of acupuncture treatment of periarthritis of shoulder,at the same time, some existing problems in clinical research are put forward.
