摘  要:以月桂酸、N,N-二甲基-1,3丙二胺、氯乙酸钠为起始原料,通过两步反应——酰化反应和季铵化反应,合成了低含盐量的月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱,并通过FTIR、~1HNMR等对其结构和主要性能进行了测定。试验结果表明,产品活性物质量分数达到82.00%,NaCl质量分数明显降低,配制成30%的活性物溶液后,NaCl质量分数仅为1.79%,未反应胺质量分数为0.30%,水溶液的最低表面张力为26.76 mN/m,cmc为3.65 mmol/L,30%水溶液的粘度为88.81 mPa·s。Lauroylamidopropyt betaine with low salt content was synthesized from lauric acid, N,N-di- methyl-1,3-diaminopropane and sodium chloroacetate by two-steps, amidazation and quaternization. The structure and main properties of products were determined by FTIR and ^1HNMR. The results showed that the contents of active substance reached 82.00% and NaCI mass fraction decreased significantly. When the active substance solution was 30%, the mass fraction of NaCl was only about 1.79%, and the mass fraction of unre- acted amine was 0.30%. At the same time, the lowest surface tension of solutions was 26.76 mN/m, cmc was 3.65 mmol/L and viscosity was 88.81 mPa.s.
