摘  要:H_2PtCl_6作催化剂,含氢聚硅氧烷(PHMS)和2-全氟己基乙基丙烯酸酯(TEAC6)及烯丙基端环氧基聚醚(APEE500)经硅氢加成反应制得了一种含环氧基的氟硅表面活性剂(EFSS)。用单因素试验法考察了反应条件(如反应时间、反应温度和物料配比)对反应的影响,确定了最佳反应条件,EFSS的结构用红外光谱(FTIR)进行了表征。结果表明EFSS最优反应条件为:温度85℃,时间5 h,n(APEE500):n(TEAC6)=6:2,n(C=C):n(Si—H)=1.10:1。谱图分析证实合成了预期的产物。表面张力仪测定EFSS的临界胶束质量浓度(cmc)为1.8×10^(-3)g/mL,临界表面张力(γ_(cmc))为21.4 mN/m。A kind of novel epoxy group-containing fluorosilicone surfactants (EFSS) was prepared by hy- drosilylation of hydrogen-containing polysiloxane (PHMS) with 2-perfluoro hexyl ethyl acrylate (TEAC6) and al- lyl epoxy polyoxyethylene ether (APEE500) in the presence of chloroplatinic acid catalyst. The reaction condi- tions such as reaction time, reaction temperature and the ratio of the reaction materials were investigated by using the single factor test. The optimum reaction conditions were determined. The chemical structure of EFSS was confirmed by infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). Experimental results showed that the optimum reaction conditions were as follows: reaction temperature was 85 ℃, reaction time was 5 h, n(APEE500):n(TEAC6)=6: 2, n(C=C):n(Si-H)=1.10: 1. And spectra analysis showed that the expected product was synthesized. Deter- mined by the surface tensiometer, the critical micelle concentration (cmc) of EFSS was 1.8×10^-3 g/mL and the critical surface tension (γcmc) was 21.4 mN/m.
