摘　　要：[目的]核算2014年湖南省卫生总费用,分析筹资及分配结构存在的问题,为卫生改革提供政策参考。[方法]采用来源法和机构法卫生费用核算方法。[结果]2014年湖南省卫生总费用为1460.64亿元,占GDP比重为5.40%。其中,社会卫生支出比重上升到32.25%,个人卫生支出比重下降到38.03%。[结论]2014年卫生总费用结构趋优,个人现金卫生支出比重仍然较高。Objective To calculate total health expenditure in 2014 in Hunan province, and analyze the problem of financing and distribution structure so as to provide reference health reform. Methods It used source, organization and health expenditure accounting Methods. Results In 2014, the total health expenditure in Hunan province was 146. 064 billion yuan, accounted 5. 40% of GDP. The proportion of social health expenditure rose to 32. 25%. The proportion of personal health spending fell to 38. 03%. Conclusions In 2014, annual total health expenditure structure tend to become better. The proportion of personal cash health expenditure is still higher.
