摘 要:目的:探讨健脾渗湿方对高尿酸血症大鼠肾功及黄嘌呤氧化酶的影响。方法:将60只大鼠随机分为健脾渗湿方高、中、低剂量组,模型组,空白对照组及苯溴马隆组,每组10只,采用酵母饲料加腺嘌呤喂养诱导高尿酸血症大鼠模型,灌胃给药14 d后检测各组大鼠血清尿酸(UA)、血清肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)和黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)水平。结果:与模型组比较,健脾渗湿方高、中、低剂量组及苯溴马隆组UA水平均不同程度降低;与模型组比较,健脾渗湿方高、中剂量组大鼠BUN数值明显降低(P<0.05);健脾渗湿方中剂量组肌酐明显降低(P<0.05);与模型组比较,苯溴马隆组及健脾渗湿方高剂量组XOD活性均不同程度下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健脾渗湿方能抑制高尿酸血症大鼠血清黄嘌呤氧化酶活性,具有降低血尿酸、肌酐、血尿酸作用,对肾功能具有保护作用。Objective: To investigate the renal protection and xanthine oxidase effects of Jianpi Shensbi de- coction (健脾渗湿方, JPSSD) on hyperuricemia rat. Methods: The 60 SD rats were randomly divided into JPSSD of high, medium and low dosage group, model control group, blank control group and benzbromarone group (10 animals in each group), using yeast feed and adenine feeding induced rat model of hyperuricemia, after 14 days gastric perfusion, testing the serum uric acid (UA), serum creatinine(CR), blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and xan- thine oxidase (XOD) levels. Results: Compared with the model control group, the UA levels of each dosage group and the benzbromarone group all decreased; compared with the model control group, the BUN value of high and middle dosage group significantly decreased (P〈0.05); the value of creatinine in the middle dosage group was significantly decreased (P〈0.05); compared with the model control group, the XOD activity of high dosage group and the benzbromarone group both decreased (P〈0.05). Conclusion: JPSSD can inhibit xanthine ox- idase activity, decrease blood uric acid, creatinine, blood uric acid, and has protective effect on renal function.
