摘　　要：白血病为造血干细胞的恶性增殖性疾病,严重威胁人类健康。随着对其免疫发病机制的研究,免疫治疗已成为治疗白血病尤其清除微小残留病灶方面的研究热点。黄芪多糖是黄芪中最重要的天然有效成分,可恢复白血病源免疫细胞功能,重建免疫微环境,增强抗肿瘤免疫,广泛用于白血的病治疗。Leukemia is a malignant proliferation disease of hematopoietic stem cell. In recent years, with the deep research of immune pathogenesis of leukemia, immunotherapy has been focused on leukemia therapy, especially on the areas of minimal residual disease. Astragalus polysaccharides is the most important natural ac- tive ingredients of astragalus root, has the function of recover the immunomodulatory, rebuild the immune mi- croenvironment, enhance antitumor immunity, is widely applied in leukemia treatment.
