摘　　要："黄色工会"是中共对国共十年内战期间国民党统治区域内所谓"体制内工会"的统称,在当时受到了中共激烈批判。随着国共第二次合作的实现,这一称谓在中共的文件中基本消失了,但1949年后,中共党史专家又进一步诠释了"黄色工会"这一概念,并将其作为研究1927-1937年间国统区工会组织以及工运历史的基点。由此,"黄色工会"也从政治范畴逐渐进入到学术视野中。而上海邮务工会更是被党史专家称为典型的"黄色工会",并归纳出"改良主义""党化"及"帮会化"等特征。然而,当对这些特性一一进行历史学意义上的梳理与分析时,会发现中共话语中的"黄色工会"只是一个政治概念。＂Yellow Union＂ is the general term used by the CPC to refer to the so-called ＂institutionalized trade union＂ in the KMT-ruled area during the 10 years＇ Chinese civil war between the CPC and the KMT. It was severely criticized by the CPC at that time. With the second cooperation going on between the two parties, this term disappeared in the CPC~ s official documents. However,after 1949, experts on the CPC＇s history furthermore explicated this concept and made it the basis for the study of trade unions and of the history of labor movement in the KMT-ruled area from 1927 to 1937. As such,＂Yellow Union＂ evovled from the political area to the academic field. Taking one typical example of the ＂yellow union＂, Shanghai Postal Trade Union as the sample, this paper goes through and analyzes features categorized by the experts on the CPC hisotry, such as ＂reformism＂,＂tendency to turn into a party＂ and ＂tendency to turn into a gang＂, from a historic perspective so as to reflect on the academic concept of ＂Yellow Union＂.
