摘　　要：目的探讨肠系膜脂膜炎的超声诊断价值。方法回顾分析经临床及病理证实的62例肠系膜脂膜炎的超声表现。结果肠系膜脂膜炎的超声表现为腹膜后肠系膜上动脉主干周围弥漫性片状高回声的浸润,不伴有肾盂输尿管扩张。结论超声可直接显示腹膜后肠系膜上动脉周围高回声区,可作为肠系膜脂膜炎的首选检查方法。Objective To investigate the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of mesenteric panniculitis. Methods A retrospective analysis of 62 cases of mesenteric panniculitis withclinical and pathological findings. Results Ultrasonic manifestations of mesenteric panniculitis for retroperitoneal around the superior mesenteric artery diffuse patchy high echo of infiltration, not accompanied by renal pelvisureter expansion. Conclusion The ultrasound can display directly retroperitoneal around the superior mesenteric artery high echo area, and can be used as the first choice for the mesenteric panniculitis.
