苏黄止咳胶囊治疗老年咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察苏黄止咳胶囊治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法采用单盲随机法将符合纳入标准的咳嗽变异性哮喘患者分为苏黄止咳胶囊治疗组(34例)和对照组(26例)。2组患者均根据咳嗽变异性哮喘治疗指南给予支气管舒张剂异丙托溴铵溶液(可必特)雾化,同时治疗组加用苏黄止咳胶囊治疗。2组平行对照的临床观察疗程均为14 d。结果 2组治疗后的综合疗效均有不同程度改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),结果有显著差异,治疗组的疗效优于对照组。结论可必特和苏黄止咳胶囊联合治疗变异性哮喘,可缩短咳嗽等症状改善时间,并可尽早恢复能肺功能。苏黄止咳胶囊具有疏风宣肺止咳利咽作用,对于咳嗽变异性哮喘的治疗具有积极的临床意义。Objective Observing suhuangzhike capsules effect on CVA patient. Method Using single-blind stochasic way and patients who are confirmed of CVA was divided into two groups. Treating group with 34 people and comparing group with 26 people. Then two groups were both treated with compound ipratropium bromide aerosol according to the guide of CVA. Suhuangzhike capsules was added to the treating group at the same time. Both the treating last for 14 days. Result Patients of the two group got well-improved and the result of the treating group turned to be better. The different in statistics made sense （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treating method of compound ipratropitun bromide aerosol uniting suhuangzhike capsules can shorten the treating period about cough and improve the lungs fuction.in all.Suhuangzhike relievi（tg cachet haveadvantages on treating cough coming from CVA. The medicine has a positive influence on patients of CVA.
