专业护理对于宫腔镜下等离子电切镜治疗黏膜下肌瘤的临床应用

摘　　要：目的研究专业护理在宫腔镜下等离子电切镜治疗黏膜下肌瘤的临床应用。方法选取我院2013年9月至2015年8月收治的235例妇科宫腔镜下等离子电切镜治疗黏膜下肌瘤手术患者,随机分为对照组116例和观察组119例。对照组只进行常规护理,观察组在此基础上,针对宫腔镜手术可能出现的并发症进行手术专业护理,记录两组患者专业护理前后SAS评分、手术并发症、了解患者术后疼痛情况及满意度。结果观察组术后SAS评分明显低于对照组,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组患者并发症的发生率低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),术后2 h观察组VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.01),观察组术后满意度明显高于对照组,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论宫腔镜下等离子电切镜治疗黏膜下肌瘤术前采用专业护理,可以明显改善患者术前焦虑和恐惧心理,降低宫腔镜手术并发症,明显提高患者术后满意度。Objective To study the professional care under hysteroscopy plasma cutting mirror clinical applications for the treatment of submucosalmyoma. Methods Select sep 2013 to August 2015, 235 cases of gynecologic hysteroscopy under plasma cutting mirror treatment of submucosal fibroids surgery patients, randomly divided into control group of 116 cases and observation group 119 cases. The control group only routine nursing, the observation group based on this, in view of hysteroscopy surgery may appear for the professional care, record the SAS scores before and after the two groups of patients with professional care, postoperative pain in patients with surgical complications, understanding and satisfaction. Results The results observed SAS scores significantly lower than the control group after group of professional care. There are difference statistical significance （P〈0.01）; Observation group, the incidence of complications in patients than controls, significant difference＇（P〈0.05）, postoperative VAS score 2 h observation group was obviously lower than the control group （P〈0.01）, significantly higher than the control group, patients satisfaction have significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Hysteroscopy under plasma cutting mirror treatment of submucosal fibroids received professional care, can significantly improve patients with preoperative anxiety and fear, reduce hysteroscopy surgery complications, improve patient satisfactory rate.
