摘 要:采用硫酸溶解方解石的方法对反渗透淡化海水进行矿化,参照以色列颁布的淡化水后处理水质标准进行混合、加NaHCO_3调节水质,考察碱度、pH、碳酸钙沉淀势与NaHCO_3添加量的关系;采用挂片法和电化学法考察淡化海水的后处理对铸铁、不锈钢、双相钢腐蚀性的影响。结果表明,碱度、碳酸钙沉淀势和pH随NaHCO_3添加量的增大而升高。随着NaHCO_3添加量的增加,3种金属的腐蚀速率都呈下降趋势,其中双相钢的耐蚀性最好。在实验条件下处理后的淡化海水CaCO_3的质量浓度为99.3 mg/L,碱度(CaCO_3计)为82.9 mg/L、碳酸钙沉淀势(CaCO_3计)为6.6 mg/L(CaCO_3计),pH=7.76,水质稳定,具备一定的缓冲能力,可以进入市政供水系统。Mineralization of reverse-osmosis desalinated seawater was conducted by dissolving calcites with sulfuric acid. According to the water quality standard on desalinated seawater post-processing issued by Israel, NaHCO3 was added to adjust the water quality. The influences of NaHCO3 adding amount on basicity, pH, and calcium carbonate precipitation potential were investigated. The corrosive influences of desalinated seawater post-processing on cast iron, stainless steel and dual-phase steel were studied using hanging slice and electrochemical methods. The results indicated that the basicity, CCPP and pH increased with the adding amount of NaHCO3. The corrosion rates of the three kinds of metals all presented a declining trend with the increasing of NaHCO3 dosage. The dual-phase steel exhibited the best corrosion resistance. The desalinated seawater after treatment under the experimental conditions had a mass concentration of CaCO3 of 99.3 rag/L, a basicity (CaCO3-based) of 82.9 mg/L, a calcium carbonate precipitation potential (CaCO3- based) of 6.6 mg/L (CaCO3-based) and a pH of 7.76. The treated desalinated seawater had a stable water quality and a certain buffer capacity, which can enter into the municipal water supply system.
