摘 要:采用2级非均相臭氧催化氧化工艺,对大型纺织染整综合废水处理厂中高效澄清池出水中的难降解有机污染物进行深度处理中试。结果表明,在有效接触时间为1.4 h,O_3的质量浓度为100 mg/L,以臭氧和空气的混合气体作为曝气气源,COD去除率可高达80.38%,而且出水COD均稳定在50 mg/L左右。该中试装置连续运行性能良好且效果稳定。Technology of two-stage heterogeneous catalytic ozonation was used to treat the refractory organic pollutants in the outlet of high-rate clarifier in one printing and dyeing synthesis wastewater treatment plant. The results showed that, when effective contact time and ozone concentration were 1.4 h and 100 mg/L respectively, ozone and air were mixed and used as the aeration gas, the removal rate of COD could reach 80.38%, as well as the effluent COD was stabilized at 50 mg/L. The pilot plant has a good operating performance and stable treatment effect.
