摘  要:针对城市污水回用于冷却循环水中电导率及盐分等要求,通过对岩东污水处理厂标排口出水进行超滤-反渗透(错流)实验,在超滤系统回收率达90%及超滤-反渗透系统回收率达75%的基础上,设计超滤膜通量30L/(m^2·h)和反渗透膜通量20 L/(m^2·h)系统能稳定运行,超滤出水浊度<0.3 NTU,SDI≤2.0,反渗透能保证除盐率在99%以上稳定运行。Effluent in a wastewater treatment plant was tested by ultrafiltration-reverse osmosis (cross flow) for requirement of conductivity and salinity of circulating cooling water which was reused by municipal wastewater. Based on the 90% recovery rate of ultraflltration system and 75% recovery rate of ultrafiltration- reverse osmosis system, 30 L/(m2. h) and 20 L/(m2. h) of ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis membrane flux respectively were designed and could operate steady. The turbidity ofultrafiltration effluent was less than 0.3 NTU and SDI was less than or equal to 2.0, and the desalting rate could reach over 99% by reverse osmosis.
