摘 要:针对常规油田污水处理工艺不适应含聚合物污水的实际问题,分析了某污水站处理工艺对水质的影响,研究了曝氧在提高混配聚合物黏度的技术适应性,认为污水处理工艺和技术不满足新的水质要求是主要原因。通过研究形成了提升污水水质的技术方案。经过工艺改造和曝氧技术的应用实现了水质达标的目标,有效控制油田回注聚合物用水中Fe2+含量,井口聚合黏度提高10%以上,满足了油田开发要求。Aiming at the problem of the conventional oilfield wastewater treatment process is not suitable for the wastewater containing polymer, the effect of oilfield wastewater treatment technology on water quality was analyzed, the technical adaptability of oxygen exposure in increasing the viscosity of mixed polymer was studied. It is considered that the main reason is the wastewater treatment process and technology did not meet the new water quality requirements. A series of technical solutions to improve the quality ofwastewater have been formed, and the aim of water quality improving was achieved by process transformation and oxygen exposure technology. The content of iron ions in the water for injection polymerization was controlled effectively, and the viscosity of the wellhead increases by more than 10%, which meets the requirements of oilfield development.
