摘　　要：探讨色织产品实现低上浆率浆纱时应该注意的问题及解决对策。分析了色纱的质量指标,阐述了色纱上浆特殊要求和工艺设计原则,例举了4种色织产品的上浆工艺和织造效果。指出:色织产品上浆,浆槽温度不宜太高,上浆率不应过大,要保证浆纱回潮不低于6%;合理降低上浆率有利于改善浆纱柔韧性,提高织机效率。认为:应根据纤维特性、纱线结构和织造特点设置浆料配方和浆纱工艺,以达到较好的浆纱效果。The problems and solutions of sizing for yarn-dyed woven products with lower sizing percentage were discussed. The quality indexes for dyed yarn were analyzed. The special sizing requirement and technology design principle of dyed yarn were explained. The sizing technology and weaving effect of four yarn-dyed woven products were taken as examples. It is pointed out that the temperature of size box should not be too high and sizing percentage should not be too big for yarn-dyed woven fabric. The moisture regain of sized yarn should be ensured not less than 6 %. Reasonably decreasing the sizing percentage is beneficial to improve the flexibility of sized yarn and increase loom efficiency. It is considered that sizing instruction and sizing technology should be set based on fiber characteristics, yarn structure and weaving characteristics to obtain better sizing effect.
