摘 要:探讨丝素纳米颗粒加入量对丝素PBT共混纤维性能的影响。采用共混纺丝的方法将丝素纳米颗粒加入到PBT切片中进行共混纺丝,制备了不同丝素纳米颗粒添加量的丝素PBT共混纤维,测试了共混纤维的表面形貌、红外光谱、沸水收缩率、芯吸高度和强伸性能。试验表明:当在丝素添加量在1.0%~3.0%时,纤维具有良好的可纺性;共混纤维表面有明显凹凸感;共混纤维内部及表面附着了一定量的丝素蛋白;随着丝素纳米颗粒的混入,纤维的吸湿性有明显提高,但纤维的沸水收缩和强伸性能并没有显著变化。认为:共混纤维性能较好,产品附加值高,可用于新产品开发。The influence of fibroin nano-particle addition on fibroin PBT blended fiber property was discussed. The method of blending spinning was adopted to add fibroin nano-particle in PBT chip for blending spinning. Fibroin PBT blended fibers with different fibroin nano-particle addition amounts were prepared. The proper ties of blended fiber including surface topography, infrared spectroscopy, boiling shrinkage, wicking height and strength & elongation were tested. The test shows that fiber has better spinnability when the fibroin addition is among 1.0 % - 3.0 %. There is obvious sense of concavo-convex on the surface of blended fiber. A certain amount of fibroin is covered in the inner and surface of the blended fiber. As the blending of fibroin nano-particle, the moisture absorption of fiber is obviously improved. However, the boiling shrinkage and strength & elongation of fibers are not changed significantly. It is considered that the blended fiber has better properties and higher addedl value. It can be used for new product development.
