摘 要:探讨氯化锂/N,N-二甲基乙酰胺微溶解处理对棉大麻混纺纱性能的影响。纺制了不同捻度的棉大麻混纺纱,并对其进行了微溶解处理,测试了处理前后混纺纱的断裂强度、断裂伸长率、毛羽指数及条干CV值等。结果表明:随纱线捻度增加,棉大麻混纺纱的断裂强度、断裂伸长率先增加后缓慢较小,最后趋于一定值;而混纺纱的毛羽指数则是随着捻度的增加呈先下降后增加。认为:微溶解对大麻棉混纺纱的性能有一定的改善作用。The influence of lithium chloride/N,N-dimethylacetamide micro-solubility treatment on the spinning quality of cotton hemp blended yarn was discussed. Cotton hemp blended yarn with different twist was spun. The micro solubility treatment were performed on the yarn. The yarn properties before and after treatment including breaking strength, breaking elongation, hairiness index, CV value of evenness and so on were tested. The test results show that the breaking strength and breaking elongation of cotton hemp blended yarn are increased firstly, then decreased slowly and trend to a certain value at last as the increase of yarn twist. However, the hairiness of blended yarn is decreased firstly and then increased as the increase of twist. It is considered that micro-solubility has a certain optimization function on the properties of hemp cotton blended yarn.
