摘  要:总结硅氮系阻燃再生纤维素纤维阻燃腈纶尼纶导电短纤混纺纱的生产要点。在保证原料混和均匀的基础上,清棉工序重点开松和保护纤维,梳棉工序选用合适的针布进行柔和梳理,采用"低速度,中定量,大隔距"的并条工艺,偏小掌握粗纱捻系数,选用赛络集聚纺技术改善纱线的条干和强力水平;整个生产过程保持低速生产,严格控制车间温湿度。通过采取以上措施顺利生产出硅氮系阻燃再生纤维素纤维/阻燃腈纶/尼纶导电短纤维58/40/2 14.8tex赛络集聚纱,成纱各项质量指标均符合要求。认为:通过合理的工艺优化和严格的车间温湿度控制可以保证硅氮系阻燃再生纤维素纤维混纺纱的顺利生产。The production key points of silicone nitrogen flame retardant regenerated cellulose fiber flame retardant acrylic nylon conductive short fiber blended yarn were summarized. Under the condition that uniformly blending of raw material was ensured, opening and fiber protection were focused on the picking process. The suitable card clothing was selected in carding process for soft carding. The drawing process of "lower speed,medium quantify and larger gauge" was adopted. The smaller roving twist factor should be adopted controlled. The yarn evenness and strength level were improved by adopting siro condensed spinning technology. The production was run slowly during the whole production. The temperature & humidity of workshop was strictly controlled. By adopting the above measures,silicone nitrogen flame retardant regenerated cellulose fiber/ flame retardant acrylic/ nylon conductive short fiber 58/40/2 14.8 tex siro condensed yarn was successfully produced. All quality indexes met the requirements. It is considered that successful production of the silicone nitrogen series flame retardant regenerated cellulose blended yarn can be ensured by reasonable processing optimization and strict control of temperature & humidity at workshop.
