摘　　要：探讨多功能改性腈纶/粘胶60/40 12.5tex赛络针织纱的纺纱工艺。根据多功能改性腈纶短纤维的特点,对其进行预处理,重点解决了纺纱过程中静电缠绕的问题;合理制定各流程工艺参数,优选纺织配件,控制好车间温湿度,最终顺利纺制出多功能改性腈纶/粘胶60/40 12.5tex赛络针织纱。认为:多功能改性腈纶混纺纱织出的织物具有吸湿发热、生物安全、轻柔保暖、抑菌防臭的效果,产品质量满足了用户要求。Spinning technology of multi functional modified acrylic/viscose 12. 5 tex siro knitting yarn was discussed. According to the characteristics of multi-functional modified acrylic fiber,the pre treatment method for multi-functional modified acrylic short fibers was explained. The problem of static entanglement during spinning process was focused and solved. Processing parameters in each procedure were reasonable set, textile accessories were optimized and temperature and humidity of workshop were well controlled. Eventually, multi-functional modified acrylic/viscose 12.5 tex siro knitting yarn was spun. It is considered that the fabrics woven with multi-functional modified acrylic blended yarn have the effect of moisture absorption ＆ heat generating,bio-safety, softness ＆ keeping warm and antibacterial ＆deodorization. The product quality can meet the user requirement.
