顶梳清洁器对棉纱及织物质量的影响分析

摘　　要：探讨精梳机加装顶梳清洁器对棉纱及织物质量的影响。为了解决精梳挂花和积花问题,提高精梳机梳理质量,在精梳机加装顶梳清洁器,并对其清洁效果进行了对比试验。试验表明:加装顶梳清洁器后,随着清洁次数的增加,精梳条中疵点死棉、白星、毛粒毛球、异性纤维疵点都明显减少;对细纱大而短的大纱疵和细小纱疵降低效果显著;络筒棉结、短粗节、飞花剪切次数明显降低,自动络筒机的效率明显提高。对布面白星、死棉、异性纤维、毛粒毛球的减少效果显著。认为:加装顶梳清洁器有利于提高棉纱质量和布面效果。Influence of combing machine installing top comb cleaner on cotton yarn and fabric quality was discussed. In order to solve combing winding cotton and improve comb machine carding quality, top comb cleaner was installed on comber. The cleaning effect of installing top comb cleaner was contrasted by experiment. Tests show that with the increase of cleaning time,the number of combed sliver defect including neps and foreign fiber defect, the number of large short yarn defect ＆ small yarn defect, the shear number of neps, short thick places and fly are reduced obviously after installing top comb cleaner. It is considered that installing top comb cleaner is benefit to improve cotton yarn quality and fabric effect.
