添加49种制曲中药材对微藻异养生长的影响研究

摘  要:分别添加防风、粉葛、侧柏叶及大黄等49种常见制曲中药材进行微藻异养培养,结果显示:添加防风、粉葛、白术等药材对微藻生长有明显促进作用,添加山楂、菊花、大黄等药材对微藻生长有明显抑制作用。对样品生长指标与中药材药性及主要化学成分的逐步回归、Person相关、频数统计及系统聚类分析结果显示:添加富含糖类、醇类,性寒、温、平,味辛、甘的药材可提高微藻生物量;添加富含有机酸类、酮类、酚类,味苦的药材可减少微藻生物量;药材中的酚类和醌类可能是微藻比生长速率降低的主要原因。In this study, 49 kinds of Chinese herbs were added to heterotrophical cultivation of microalgae respectively, which showed Sileris, Pueraria, Atactyiodes macroce-phala and so on could promote the growth of microalgae, while herbs like Maybush, Chrysanthemum rhubarband so on significantly inhibited the growth. The results of statistical analysis (stepwise regression, Person correlation, frequency statistic and hierarchical cluster) indicated that Chinese herbs containing polysaccharides, alcohol, natures of cold, warm, calm, or flavours of pungent, sweet maybe related to the promotion of maximum biomass of microalgae. Organic acid, ketone, phenols, or flavour of bitter led to obvious reducing of maximum biomass. On the other hand, phenols and quinones in the hrebs might be the main reason of the reducing of specific growth rate.
