摘  要:硬质合金是目前应用最为广泛的刀具材料,在刀具表面施加金刚石涂层可以提高硬质合金刀具的性能和耐用度。通过热丝CVD法在硬质合金刀具表面制备了多层微/纳结构的复合涂层,采用扫描电镜观察了复合涂层的表面和截面,并用拉曼光谱检测了涂层的成分,用压痕法检验了复合涂层的膜基结合性能。结果显示复合涂层的结构参数对膜基结合性能有较大影响,特定结构的复合涂层可以提升涂层的结合性能。Cemented carbide is a materical widely used for manufacturing cutting tools. The diamond coating on cemented carbide tool can be used to improve the performance and durability of the tool. The micro/nano-structured composite multilayer coating is prepared on cemented carbide tool by HFCVD method. The sectional structure of the coating is observed by scanning electron micro- scope. Raman spectroscopy is used to detect the composition of each crosssectional layer. The interfacial adhesion and bond strength between coating and substrate are tested by indentation experiments. The results show that the structural parameters of the composite coating have a greater effect on the interracial bond strength. The composite coating with the specific structure can greatly enhance the interracial bond strength.
