摘 要:大批量异型零件的小直径深孔加工一直是企业生产过程中的一道难题,传统的加工方法对加工过程产生的排屑难、钻头磨损、冷却不到位等不利因素很难从根本上解决。若小直径孔与大孔贯穿,当钻头进入大孔内腔边钻小孔时易产生偏移,会造成钻头折断。为解决这些难题,需要对传统的加工方法进行改进,选用合适的加工装备和工艺方法。组合机床的小直径深孔分级钻孔加工的工艺方法,不仅达到了加工过程中生产节拍及尺寸精度要求,又使不利因素对加工的影响大大降低,生产率显著提高。It is difficult to machine the small diameter deep holes of mass special parts in the enterprise production. If the traditional process method is used to do so, the difficult chip removal, bit wear and insufficient cooling exist during the manufacturing process. If the small diameter runs through the central hole, when the drill bit drills on the side of the internal big hole, it is easy to shift the tip so that the drill bit is broken off. To solve the above difficulties, it is necessary to change the traditional manufacturing method and choose the proper craft equipment and craft method. At present, the small diameter deep holes of the small special parts are manu- factured by the grading drill on the small modular machines, it can not only meet the production cycle and dimension accuracy re- quirements during the manufacturing process, but also largely decrease the influence of the negative factors on the manufacturing and improve the productivity obviously.
